Thread: A Whopper Of A Bath At Burger King

A Burger King in Xenia, Ohio is in hot water with the Greene County Health Department after a Burger King employee took a bubble bath in the restaurant’s sink and posted the video on his MySpace.

Call me old fashioned but this brings the “Waiter, there’s a hair in my soup!” joke to a whole new level!

Probably the cleanest the sink was in years after the suds bath!

Then even cleaner after the sanitizing procedure.

Hair is one of the milder bodily contaminants. I've heard all sorts of horror stories about disgruntled employees adding their own special sauces to customers' food. Urgh.

No doubt you've all heard of e-coli contamination too. I'll not tell you where that comes from other than to say it begins with 's' and ends with 't'!

Thats the problem with these fast food outlets the staff tend to be young and a bit too carefree sometimes if i ever go there i always have a good look at what im eating.

I work at an Arby's and I'm always after the younger employees to be cleaner about their work. I will come in for my shift and have to clean the sandwich prep area before I can even begin... the cutting boards and microwaves will be filthy. But I have to say, I don't think any of our employees would have pulled a stunt like that!

Another one of those funny but horrible stories, he would have gotten away with it, but had to get his 15mins of fame.

As a ER doc, the worst case of lice I ever saw was under a BK uniform (20 years ago). So I would actually be encouraged by the employee's attention to hygiene! Sinks, and the utinsels properly washed in them are sanitized by the detergent and hot water. Other than a stupid practical joke, this is no big deal.

If I was to eat in BK (not likely) I would like to know that the employee's were clean. I say make them all get in the sink. :twisted:
