Thread: Poor Economy Even Effects Criminals, what a joke!

Here I am reading an article about the current economic crisis and unemployment rise in America, and I come across this stupid-ass quote.

Young men bought flashy clothes and got sharp haircuts and always paid in cash. But no longer. The economy is now so bad in Camden that even the criminals are struggling and going short. "Even the guys who got money from illegal means really don't want to spend it," Gaines said

Now you know that it is getting bad, when even the criminals are crying about losing their income. Ridiculous, these criminals are the ones using up benefits that are meant to be for the real workers and families affected by this current ecomomic crisis and job loss.

Plus these criminals don't pay any taxes either!

And here comes this Barber Shop owner in Camden, New Jersey complaining because the gangbangers and drug dealers are not getting haircuts anymore and paying him with drug money/cash.

Maybe he should have a % Off or Half Off Sale for Drug Dealers, and Gang Members who walk into his store wearing their colors! WHAT A JOKE!

Really, I ask again, what is this world coming to?

I think the situation today start becoming better in USA, so you shouldnt complain, there к

many countries with much worse situation in economy, wait for better changes)

this is funny...and it might affect them also cz if people only do not have money then who will they rob.

That is pretty funny. The sad reality to criminals not spending as much means that criminals will be looking to do more crimes to try & make more money as well. Desperate people do desperate things and nothing good can come from desperation. It's truly a downward spiral right now, with a slow declining honesty factor and a rising manipulation and deceitful factor. The internet is a prime example of how it's effecting everyone on a global level. Scammers & spammers from every country now (Some way worse than others).

And what's even sadder is that a few of the ones that get caught & prosecuted, reveal that they did it to survive and try to feed their family's rather than going out and getting a real job (Which they all say nobody would hire them).

It can be a bit depressing watching the world fall into a pit of despair by their own choice, going down the wrong path.
