Wow, new recall of chinese made toys.

Seems that nothing made by the chinese for our kids is safe to buy anymore!

This is the season's hottest toy and it is a killer!
Killer=two kids know dead!!!!!!

They haven't stopped. If you read that entire article, there is a new lead recall on toy cars as well.


Check thoroughly this Christmas season when buying toys for your kids.
Don't buy anything made in China. It's too dangerous.
Make sure they all come from Canada.

Chinese toys have never been safe but they are much better than 10-20 years ago. That is why many people are surprised why these recalls have taken place now and not several years ago.

By the way, toys that are made for their internal market only are much worse in terms of safety.

Hey maybe this is the cause of the dumbing down of America? China was smart, they infiltrated the children with "innocent" toys. Made us all dumb with lead poisoning.

I encourage bad behavior, see Timmy was an angel too long and got sick of the corner, now his inner demon has been unleashed on the forum and I couldn't be more proud of that bad boy. :sblush::stongue:

Ironically my kids have been begging for those dot things, their spoiled neighbor friend got them too and they were all annoyed at me. Atleast I look like a hero now for being mean not getting them everything they want. Christmas is going to be tough now. Every "cool" toy to them is made by Fisher Price and Mattel which I refuse to buy now because of all this. Guess I better learn to widdle some toys out of wood now :P

I cannot even count how many fits there have been in this house over lead toys. The dollar store has or had a bunch, kid wanted them, parents wouldn't let him, he'd scream his damned head off, saying he won't be putting them in his mouth, but point was many kids around here are only around 3, and they might...

Reminds me why I don't have kids, I live with the devil kid, never a boring day in this house.
