How to promotion your site on yahoo?

I have a site,and i do seo with it,but now i found that i knew the advancement of my site on google,but i don't know where has changed on yahoo,or i mean i do not know what's the worth of we must care about yahoo.

You can promote your site using Yahoo! Publisher Network but this involves $$.

You can also try answering some questions in yahoo answers. Be sure to only place your link in your answer if your site contains the answer or information that will help the member solve his question. Otherwise, if you just place your site's link and it's not relevant to the question, you might get banned.

1) Article submission
2) URL submission
3) Social Bookmarking
4) Classified ads posting
5) Press Release
6) Affiliation
7) Forum posting
8) Blog commenting

Yahoo has two blogging platforms (Yahoo 360 and Yahoo Shine). You could post relevant articles with links to your blog and see if that gives you a boost. At the least you'll gain some exposure.

I get good traffic from Google and Yahoo!, about even. MSN does me just a bit of good.

If you have not. Read the Google Webmaster Guidelines and the Yahoo! Webmaster Guidelines. The ones you find on the Google and Yahoo domains. Also the free tools offered by Google and Yahoo are a big benefit in the quest for ranking and in turn search engine generated traffic.
