What is inlinks in yahoo site explorer means?

I am new to yahoo site explorer so I am confused if what does inlinks and pages means in yahoo site explorer?

Inlinks = backlinks, Pages = number of indexed pages by Yahoo

how many links coming to your site from outside means inwards links and if you want see exact then go inlinks and choose from drop down "except from this domain" then it will show how many outside links are pointing to your domain.

Yeah! as everybody have said inlinks are the backlinks of yahoo. But i am wondering these days that yahoo backlinks have being decreased considerably recently.

Does anybody noticed it? What could be the probable reason?
