I personally use yahoo messenger..what you people prefer to chat and why?

Is there any messenger to chat on any email address?

I haven't installed any messenger on my system. Most popular messengers have their web services available these days so I just use them with in my browser whenever I need to chat with somebody.

It's depend on a user comfort level. But i use gtalk.

Gtalk is better compared to yahoo

I use YM because it is very userfriendly and is also a multigenerational application so it developers have had multiple years to work out its kinks. It allows me to talk, video and text chat, as well as utilizing SMS and MMS services.

I used both. If most of my friends are using gtalk then i switch to Gtalk if they want in YM then cool as well.

Perhaps I am biased because I have been using YM since the late 90's, but I think it is the more user friendly of the two applications. I also like that I can use my yahoo to contact friends out of network, i.e. hotmail, google, etc. It is just more effective for me.

Let me say it, video and text chat, and the use of SMS and MMS services.I the same time. I used yahoo messanger only and still not used Gtalk. But as its from gmail then it must be best. So now would like to use it.

Since I have dozens (hundreds?) of online contacts that use nearly every imaginable type of instant messaging service (AIM, GTalk, Yahoo, and MSN are most popular, of course) I use them all, including Skype.

To keep myself organized, I use Pidgin when on one of my Windows machines and Adium when on my Mac.

Both are universal chat clients that will connect to the most popular chat services online (other than Skype).

I prefer both Y messenger and G talk. Both r user friendly.

yahoo messenger or gtalk web-based application for instant messaging provide by google or yahoo. yahoo messenger good for voice talk, text messaging, video communication, but gtalk doesn't offer video communication facility.

i like gtalk bcos its better than yahoo.

I used both.. But both have unique quality..so i will give Thumbs up for both..

Chatting on Yahoo messenger is fun rather than on gtalk. Msg provides so many smileys which makes our mood.

Yahoo is a messenger because it is a very useful and so much traffic . Yahoo is the very easy to use and most popular site so ti is a messenger.

Yahoo. when i was little first started using Internet yahoo and MSN was there only. I found yahoo better than so even though it's not that hot anymore but i come back to it to see if i can find some of my very old friends.

I find Gtalk more good than yahoo messanger

both messengers have advantages and disadvantages. mostly i use gtalk but sometime ym!!!

I like yahoo messenger because it is more user friendly than google talk. ym also gives you easy navigations like calling, video calling, games, chatting, and transfering or sharing photos. google talk doesn't have it all.
